5. Set the stove to the highest setting.
6. Pressure cooking starts
Red safety valve rises - pressure is increasing.
When steam escapes from the pressure regulating valve, the
chosen pressure level (gentle or speed setting) has been reached.
Set the stove to the lowest setting.
Now the cooking time begins.
7. Cooking time has ended
Turn off the stove.
Gradually reduce pressure
Option 1 Leave pressure cooker on stove and wait until
pressure is completely relieved.
Option 2 Relieve pressure gradually. Slowly turn the pressure
regulating valve from pos. II to pos. I and then to pos.

CAUTION: The steam is very hot and will escape upwards. For
this reason, turn the pressure valve from the side without
covering the opening with your hand!
8. Open pot
When the red safety valve has lowered again, the pot can be
opened.
Caution: Never open the lid by force.
