Function Description:

The Wonder Core 2 provides resistance on both the way down and up during exercises, effectively doubling your workout in half the time. This dual resistance system is fully adjustable, allowing users to customize the intensity to their fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced user, the Wonder Core 2 offers the ideal amount of resistance for effective training. Its ergonomic arc design supports the head and neck throughout the full range of motion, ensuring comfort and proper form during exercises. The thick foam cushion supports also provide an invigorating massage for the back, which can help revitalize the spine and alleviate back pain.

The device is designed for a variety of exercises, including:

  • Sit-Up Training: Targets the abdominal muscles with adjustable resistance.
  • Twist Training: Engages the obliques for a total core workout, helping to blast away love handles.
  • Lower Abs Press Down Training: Focuses on the lower abdominal muscles and thigh lifting.

Usage Features:

  • Adjustable Resistance: The Wonder Core 2 features adjustable spring resistance for sit-up training and lower ab pushdowns. Users can choose between high resistance (two springs) or low resistance (one spring) to match their fitness level. For advanced training, sit-ups can even be performed without springs.
  • Lock Pin Setup: A lock pin is used to set up the backrest at the required position for different exercises. It's crucial to remove the springs before adjusting the backrest and lock pin to positions 1 or 2.
  • Adjustable Dimensions: The length of the device can be adjusted to accommodate different user heights and preferences.
  • Sit Up & Lower Ab Press Down Configuration: To perform these exercises, the long pin is removed and stored under the seat, allowing the backrest to move freely.
  • Rowing Exercise Training Configuration: The rowing set can be released by pulling out a pin, lifted into position, and then fixed with the pin for rowing exercises.
  • Twist Motion Training Configuration: For twist motion training, all springs are removed, and the backrest is turned down to match the last hole, then fixed with the long pin.
  • Safety Instructions: Before use, it is essential to read the safety instructions carefully. The equipment should be inspected regularly for damage or wear, especially on the seat, springs, screws, lock pin, knob, pulley, and rowing bands. Any missing or damaged parts should lead to discontinuation of use. Incorrect posture can cause injury, so users are advised to follow the safety instructions in the user guide. New users are recommended to limit training to a maximum of 30 minutes a day to avoid muscle pain. Users should stop immediately if they experience any strange feeling or discomfort. The equipment should not be used after drinking alcohol or immediately after a meal (allow one hour after eating). It must be set up on level and hard ground in a suitable exercise area, allowing a 1-meter free area around all sides. Appropriate and well-fitting sportswear should be worn, and a warm-up routine should be completed before exercising. The equipment is designed for individual use, and no more than two persons should use it simultaneously. It is intended for general home use, not business purposes. Hands should not be placed behind the backrest or under the seat when in use.
  • Assembly: The device requires assembly, which involves inserting the front frame into the main unit, unfolding the backrest, placing back roller sponges and connectors, assembling leg sponges and tube plugs, attaching the rowing set, and assembling the handle and springs. Detailed instructions with diagrams are provided for each step. Users are advised to confirm all accessories are present before starting assembly. When adding or removing springs, the backrest must always be fixed.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning: When the product is dirty, it should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with a diluted neutral cleansing detergent, then wiped dry with a dry cloth. Alkaline cleaning agents, dilute solvents, or volatile oils should not be used as they may damage the product.
  • Storage: To ensure longevity and safety, the Wonder Core 2 should be stored in a clean place with good ventilation, away from high temperatures, moisture, and direct sunlight. When not in use, the product should be folded up and stored out of reach of children. To fold the backrest, all springs must be removed and stored separately, the long pin taken out, the backrest folded, and the long pin reinserted into the hole to fix it. To fold the leg, the short pin is removed, the front leg set folded, and the short pin put back.
  • Inspection: If the product has been idle for a period, it should be inspected to ensure it is in good condition and safe to use. If the product gets wet, it should be wiped dry immediately to prevent slipperiness. In case of failure, abnormal occurrences, or any questions about the product, users should contact the customer service center.
  • Waste Disposal: Disposal of the product should follow the specific recycling regulations of the respective country.
