Alarms:
My alarm keeps going o in the middle of the night for no apparent
reason.
The alarm is triggered by motion, so try turning o motion sensors at night if anyone is
likely to get up during the night.
From the app Home page, select Security, and in the security option of each light
switch, turn o the Detect motion switch.
My alarm siren has gone o for the past 3 days for no obvious reason.
There is no sign of break-in.
Do you have any large pets wandering around the house while you are away?
Disconnect the alarm siren and check the batteries, otherwise, please contact
Wondrwall technical support.
Window break detection has twice set o my alarm because bird flew
into the window. How do I disarm this feature as it’s likely to happen
again?
