Connecting:
I am away from home and the system is not connecting as I cannot
remotely access any of my control features for the house. What should
I do?
It is possible the Wi-Fi signal in your home is down. Check the connectivity on your
phone and make sure you don’t have any firewalls rejecting Wondrwall.
I can’t connect new key fob to the Wondrwall system.
To connect new fob you need to go through the pairing process for new key fob
(page 29).
To delete key fob, select the key fob in the Devices screen. Press the icon (top
right), then Delete Device.
My Wondrwall system is not coming online.
Check your fusebox. Wondrwall needs live power source in order to function.
My app is not connecting to the system.
Check your wi-fi connection. A wi-fi signal is necessary for the app to connect to
Wondrwall.
