My Alex function is not working in one of my rooms.
This light switch may be too far away from the router. Try adding wi-fi booster to the
home.
My children have ordered something by using Alex vi the ‘push to talk’
feature. How can I stop this in the future?
Go to Settings in your Alex portal (http://alex.amazon.com). Select Voice
Purchasing and either deactivate voice purchasing or set PIN. Remember to save
your changes.
Voice technology features such as the weather and trac updates and
voice command are not working.
Go to Skills in your Alex portal (http://alex.amazon.com) and check that the
Wondrwall Home Automation skill is still enabled.
