Alex does not automatically discover my other smart home devices.
Try to manually add the device:
• Select Smart Home from the menu at the left hand side of the Alex portal.
• Click on Manage Devices and Discover Devices.
• If that doesn’t work your device may not be recognised by the Alex platform.
Alex does not control my other smart home devices.
It is possible your device is not Alex Skills enabled.
If Alex does not report problem, but the device doesn’t react to the command,
check if you can control the device from the Wondrwall app. If the device works,
delete the device from Alex and manually add it.
