INSTALLING THE LIGHT CONTROL
1. Turn off the light switch and carefully remove the existing bulb.
2. Screw the light control socket into the existina light socket.
3. Screw a bulb (not included) into the light control socket.
4. Face the light control’s photocell towards natural sunlight and
away from reflected or artificial light sources.
OPERACibN
1. Encienda el interrupter de la luz. El socket del control de lluminacion encendera la luz
automaticamente al atardecer y la apagara al amanecer.
- Para probar el enchufe del control de lluminacion durante el dia, coloque cinta
negra sobre la fotocelda para hacer que la luz se encienda.
- Para probar el enchufe del control de lluminacion en la noche, encienda una I

OPERATION
1. Turn the light switch on. The Light Control Socket will automatically turn your
light ON at dusk and OFF at dawn.
- To test the Light Control Socket during the day, place black tape over the
photocell to trigger the light to turn ON.
- To test the Light Control Socket at night, shine a flashlight at the photocell
to trigger the light to turn OFF.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the light control fails to operate as intended, refer to the following for possible
causes and solutions:
● When the Light Control initiates at dusk or dawn, the bulb may be partially bright
and/or flicker.
● When installed indoors, the light fixture should be without a lampshade and
placed so the Light Control’s photocell is facing a window less than 3 feet away.
● Frosted glass fixtures or adjacent light bulbs can cause slight blinking under
certain light conditions.
● Install away from artificial light or reflected light sources.

for repair or replacement parts or return the product to the store from which it was
purchased. Guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.
