If your Worx Nitro Lawn Mower doesn’t run when the operating bail is activated: Release the operating bail to turn the mower off. Remove the batteries. Turn the mower over and check that the blade is free to turn. If it's not free, contact customer service. Ensure the mower isn't sitting in tall grass, which can prevent the blade from starting. If so, move it to an area where it isn't under load to start.
