Troubleshooting
Make sure your ACS module is securely installed and follow the actions below if your Landroid
®
does not operate correctly. If
these do not identify and correct the problem, please go to https://account.worxlandroid.com/, access your profile and open a
ticket using the form.
Symptom Cause Action
Landroid
®
fails to avoid obstacles.
There is some dust on the cover or on
the ultrasonic sensor.
Keep the cover and the ultrasonic sensor
clean.
Some obstacles shape (shrubs, inclined
trees, stones...) prevent the echo signal
being able to return back.
This is normal, no action needed.
Enable ACS by using App ACS settings, or
LCD display settings. On 7-segments display
it is not possible to act on ACS settings
directly, then please use the App.
The ACS is turned off when Landroid
®
returns to the charging base along the
boundary wire.
If Landroid
®
hits an obstacle or
intercepts the perimeter wire, the ACS
will be disabled for 2 - 8 seconds.
The ACS module automatically turns off
in case of rain, because heavy rain is
recognized as obstacle.
The ACS is deactivated
Landroid
®
moves abnormally,
runs in circles or turns right or
left.
The ACS module is not properly installed.
Make sure the ACS module is securely installed
with no shaking.
There is some dust on the cover or on
the ultrasonic sensor.
Keep the cover free and clean.
The cover is severely deformed.
Contact the service agent to replace a new
cover.
The grass is long.
No action needed, day-by-day long grass will
be mowed and Landroid
®
will come back to
its standard mowing.
