8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault Causes Solutions
Motor does not rotate. The battery has run out.
Remove the battery pack and insert
charger for charging.
Decreased suction
Dust cup is full of dust. Clean the dust in the dust cup.
The filter element of the
dust cup is full of dust.
Clean or replace filter element of dust cup
Battery low
Remove the battery pack and insert
charger for charging.
Hose blocked
Straightening hose after power-on can
inhale some foreign body.
Machine heating Machine run Slight heating-up is normal.
The battery is fully charged and
the dust in the dust cup does
not rotate.
The airway is blocked by
foreign bodies.
Clean up foreign bodies in the airway in
time.
