Why won't my Wren Power Tool pump build up pressure?
    • S
      Stephanie DavisAug 7, 2025
Several issues may prevent your Wren Power Tool pump from building pressure. It could be a defective relief valve (inspect, adjust, or replace it), an inadequate electric power source (ensure amperage, voltage, and extension cord size meet pump manual requirements), a defective gauge (replace it), low oil level (check and fill the reservoir), or a clogged filter (inspect, clean, or replace it).

What to do if the piston on my Wren 10MXTA Power Tool will not advance or retract?
    • J
      Joshua FosterAug 12, 2025
If the piston on your Wren Power Tool isn't advancing or retracting, the issue might stem from several causes. First, check that the couplers are securely attached to both the tool and the pump. If the couplers are connected correctly, one might be defective and need replacement. Another potential cause is a defective remote control unit, in which case you should replace the button or control pendant. Lastly, dirt in the direction-control valve of the pump unit could be the culprit; try disassembling the pump and cleaning the direction-control valve.
