With the baby in the baby
cradle, the safety cord inside
the springs must not be
completely taut, that would
mean that there is too much
weight on the springs. If the
safety cords are taut, the
number of springs needs to
be increased (see „Determin-
ing the number of springs“
on page 45). In general, you
should always have an eye on
the springs so you can adjust
the number and positioning
of the springs as necessary.
