Safe working with the unit is only possible if you
read the operating and safety instructions fully,
and strictly follow the directions that they con-
tain.
Before working on pressurised parts of the tyre filler,
disconnect it from the compressed air line
Do not open the casing, as this would render void the
operating permit in accordance with the calibration
law.
Before each use, check that the unit is fully functional.
If functional capability (e.g. battery display) is not
guaranteed or if damage is found (e.g. cracks), the
unit may not be used or made ready.
Use only original Würth spare parts.
Do not make any type-related modifications to the
unit.

Unit characteristic values
For safe handling, the tyre filler has an automatic
testing routine. When the tyre filler is connected to
the tyre valve, all the display segments appear for
1 second as a check for the user. If a segment fails,
the unit must be sent to Würth Customer Service
immediately.
Testing routine
The tyre filer is intended only for checking, filling and
deflating tyres. The unit may only be operated on a com-
pressed air mains with a maximum of 15 bar operating
pressure. Any other use or use beyond the specified limit
is incorrect.
The user shall be liable for any damage arising from
incorrect use.
Correct use
The connection is made via a compressed air hose
(nominal diameter min. 6 mm) with a quick-release
coupling.
Operate the unit only with clean, condensation-free
compressed air or nitrogen.
Insert the batteries into the non-pressurised unit as
described in the ”Battery change“ section.
