structions and strictly follow the

qCheck the following parts for wear and function
prior to use: pipes, cocks, wheels, tank and ven-
turi unit (A90 and AR90 only).
qPull the small ring on the safety valve (next to
compressed air cock Q) to check the freedom
of movement (correct function) of the valve.
qStore the product in a place where it is protect-
ed from the weather.
qNever use on an uneven floor.
qDo not place any objects on the tank, as the
tank may then tip over due to imbalance!
qDo not place the tank upside down to drain the
waste oil!
qNever subject the tank to a source of heat.
qDo not perform any welding on the tank.
qProtect hands and face if you extract oils par-
ticularly at high temperatures.
qNever collect hydraulic fluid, corrosive or easily
inflammable liquids in the product.
qOnly use original Würth accessories.
For your safety
Correct use
These products are only suitable for use in garages.
The products are designed for collecting waste oil; the
oil can be extracted or collected. Any other usage is
improper and therefore not allowed (e.g. extracting /
collecting caustic or inflammable liquids, etc.).The tank
is not suitable for storing waste oil. The oil must there-
fore be regularly transferred to a suitable collecting
container.
Assembling products

- Fit the handle (A) in the related holders and
then fix using the screws (B).
Fasten the pipe clip (C) and the tool tray (D).

Connect the drain hose (E) to the hose union on
the cock and fasten using the hose clip supplied (F).
Close the cock (G).

Fit the prechamber to the tank and ensure the seal is
fitted to the coupling. Fit the threaded ring and tighten
using a C-spanner.
