* For the following situations, using a target plate is recom-
mended already for closer working ranges:
- Poorly reflecting surfaces
- Reflecting surfaces (glass, metal, etc.)
- Bright ambient light, such as direct sun light
** Under unfavourable conditions, e.g., for temperature
alterations, for a poorly reflecting surface or bright ambi-
ent light, the error of measurement can be up to 3 mm.
For working ranges in excess of 30 m, the accuracy
declines by 0.1 mm/m.
Use as Intended
The device is intended for measuring distances and
inclinations, as well as for the calculation of areas
and volumes. The measured values determined by
the device may not be used to control or trigger
other equipment, machinery or systems. The device
is not suitable for operation in hazardous areas.
For damage caused by usage other then
intended, the user is responsible.
