  If the UV lamp in your Wyckomar water filtration system isn't lighting, several factors could be at play. It could be due to the input voltage being either too low or too high (below or above 120/240 volts); in this case, consider installing a voltage regulator. Other potential causes include a disconnected line cord or a defective outlet (check or replace), a blown breaker or fuse (check or replace), a defective UV lamp (replace it), or a defective lamp ballast (check the output voltage).
