  If you observe low or erratic output from your Wylie Farm Equipment pump, start by ensuring the spray tank is adequately filled to prevent air from entering the pump. Then, verify that the tank ball valve is fully open and that the strainer screen is free from obstructions. Inspect the suction hose for any signs of collapse and replace if necessary. Check for air leaks in the suction system by tightening fittings and looking for cracked or cut components, applying thread sealant to pipe threads. If the issue continues, the pump itself may be malfunctioning, so consult the pump owner's manual or contact Wylie Spray Center. Also, make sure the PTO RPM is sufficient and the hydraulic fluid pressure is appropriately set, increasing them if needed.

  If you experience no output or insufficient pressure at the spray tip(s) of your Wylie Farm Equipment, first check for air leaks in the suction side of the system. If there are no leaks, the pump may have a problem. Also, ensure that the control valve is functioning correctly, and the pressure regulating valve is appropriately set. Clean any clogged nozzle strainers or tips. Partially close the agitator valve to allow pressure to build.

  If your Wylie Farm Equipment pump will not operate, ensure that the tractor PTO is engaged. Also, check that the hydraulic lines are inserted into the correct ports, if you are using a hydraulic centrifugal pump. Engage the tractor PTO and plug the hydraulic lines into the proper ports.
