Overview

The XSA330-W series is an IoT industrial controller designed for motion control, built upon an X86+FPGA platform. It leverages an Intel Apollo Lake multi-core processor to ensure stable operation of the CoDeSys core. This controller is engineered to provide industrial-level data security, maintained even during power-off events through a super capacitor, and offers integrated, intelligent system solutions to customers.

Function Description:

The XSA330-W series controller supports a wide range of functionalities, making it suitable for complex industrial automation tasks. Its core functions include:

  • Motion Control: Based on the EtherCAT bus, it can connect to and control up to 64 axes, enabling precise and synchronized motion in various applications.
  • Programming: It utilizes the CoDeSys programming platform, supporting all six IEC61131-3 standard PLC programming languages: Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Instruction List (IL), Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), and Continuous Function Chart (CFC).
