What to do if the additional electrical receptacle has no power on my XPower X-3000?

If your XPower Air Cleaner's additional electrical receptacle isn't providing power, it could be due to a tripped circuit breaker. To resolve this, remove all devices plugged into the receptacle and then press the circuit reset button. Alternatively, a ground fault may have interrupted power via a GFCI. In this case, switch off and unplug the Air Scrubber, remove all appliances from the additional receptacle, and press the GFCI reset button.

Why is there no air movement from my XPower X-3000?

If your XPower Air Cleaner is running but producing little to no air movement, the air outlet might be blocked. Check for and remove any obstructions. Another possible cause is that the filters are clogged, which is indicated by the filter change light. In this case, you should clean or replace the filters.
