Prohibited use
The pump shall not be used to nonstop operation (industry, constant water
circulation). It is not suitable for pumping:
- salt water
- liquid food
- sludge containing textile or paper material
- corrosive and chemical substances
- drinking water
- acid, flammable, explosive or volatile liquids
- liquids with a temperature higher than 35°C
- water containing sand or other abrasive liquids
Thermal fuse
The pump is equipped with a thermal fuse, which shuts it down in case of
overheating. The pump is automatically turned on after the cooling process
which takes approximately 15-20 minutes. In case the thermal fuse shuts the
pump down, it is necessary to seek the problem (see Troubleshooting). The
pump shall not be operated prior to removing the problem.
