2.1 Select a safe space
You should train or dance in a safe and appropriate place. Please make sure there is
no any obstacle within your reach when you are spinning around the pole and
stretching your arms completely. You can place a chair as the pole to measure a circle
in DIA 3.0-3.5m as reference.
2.2 Select solid supporting points
The pole should be assembled between the ceiling and the floor. Please make sure
the supporting points are strong enough to hold the pressure. It is not recommended
to set up the pole to the hollow ceiling. You can knock the ceiling to tell if it’s hollow or
not by the sound or you can ask the professional for help.
Remark: You might use a ladder during this step. Make sure the ladder is held by adults when using.
Safety is the priority.
