Summary

Assembly and Installation

Disassemble Wheel Assemblies

Remove the knob and snaparound from the wheel assembly.

Install SnapArounds

Install SnapArounds on the bar at the indicated locations.

Install Wheels

Install front and rear wheels around the tubing and secure them.

Install Handle Components

Install SnapArounds, align handle, and thread bolts through snaparound and handle.

Secure Components with Knobs

Install and fully tighten the knobs to secure components.

Detach Basket from System

Refer to basket instructions to detach the EXO Gear Warrior from the EXO System.

Removal Procedure

Remove Handle Assembly

Remove knobs, bolts, and SnapArounds securing the handle, then remove the handle.

Remove Wheel Assemblies

Remove knobs securing the wheels, then remove the wheels.
