If your YAMADA Water Pump runs but no fluid comes out, several issues could be the cause. A long suction lift or discharge head could be the problem, so confirm the piping configuration and shorten the length if necessary. Check the material piping on the discharge side, including the strainer, for clogs caused by sludge. Make sure that the valve on the suction side is open. If the pump is clogged with sludge, disassemble the casing and clean it. Lastly, inspect the ball and valve seat for wear or damage; if found, disassemble the manifold and replace the affected parts.

Irregular noise in your YAMADA Water Pump can stem from a few potential issues. If the supply air pressure is too high, adjust it accordingly. Spool oscillation, leading to ball chattering, can also cause irregular noise; in this case, adjust both the supply air pressure and discharge pressure, and reduce the inlet flow valve to adjust material pressure and volume. Another cause may be that the pump is clogged with sludge containing particles larger than the permissible diameter, so disassemble the casing and clean it.
