Kick starter
To start the engine, rotate the kick crank,
push down lightly with foot until gears
engage, and then kick with füll strength. This
model has a primary-coupled kick starter so
the engine can be started in any gear if the
clutch is disengaged. In normal practice,
however, shift to neutral before starting.
Fuel tank cap
The locking fuel tank cap can be removed as
follows:
Insert the key, push down and turn clockwise
about 1/8
turn,
and the lock will be released
now the fuel tank cap can be opened. The
cap can be locked by merely pushing it into
position.
