  If there's no sound from the rear speakers, check if the sound output level to the rear speakers is set to 0. If so, increase the level using the REAR LEVEL control. Also, ensure you've selected the appropriate sound field program.

  If there's no sound from the center speaker, first check if the sound output level to the center speaker is set to 0. If it is, increase the level using the CENTER LEVEL control. Also, make sure the center channel mode is set to NORMAL or WIDE, not PHANTOM mode. Finally, ensure that you have selected the appropriate sound field program.
