How to Set Stride Length

Step 1: Move cursor to DIS

Press 'C' button to move cursor to 'DIS (km)' or 'DIS (mile)', then press 'D' button.

Step 2: Increase stride length

Stride length increases by 1 cm or 0.25 ft, from 30 cm/1.00 ft to 180 cm/6.00 ft.

Step 3: Auto advance to DIS

After setting stride length, cursor automatically moves to 'DIS (km)' or 'DIS (mile)'.

How to Set Your Body Weight

Step 1: Move cursor to CALORIE

Press 'C' button to move cursor to 'CALORIE (kcal)', then press 'D' to input body weight.

Step 2: Increase body weight

Body weight increases by 1 kg or 1 lbs, from 30 kg/70 lbs to 120 kg/300 lbs.

Step 3: Auto advance to CALORIE

After setting body weight, cursor automatically moves to 'CALORIE (kcal)'.

Reset Operation

How to Replace the Battery

Battery Replacement Indicator

Display dimming indicates the battery needs replacement. Use LR-44 type.

Battery Replacement Procedure

Use a coin to open the cover, remove the old battery, and insert a new one (+ side facing you).

Post-Replacement Reset

Press all buttons for 5 seconds after replacement; then re-input data like stride length.

When Unusual Segment is Displayed

Notes on Measurement

Proper Meter Handling

Hold case vertically, shake up/down with display facing you; meter is intended for flat ground.

Conditions for Incorrect Measurement

Avoid irregular steps, dragging feet, sandals, vibrating motion, jumping, or steep slopes.
