Information!
Some plastic parts can easily lose their colour. This
does not affect your health or the correct operation
of the food processor.
If you are using the product with the temperature
function, note that recipes with high sugar ingre-
dients, or ingredients containing milk, may leave a
residue of a caramelized layer during the drafting
process at the bottom of the mixing bowl or pan
(brown stain). This layer is easily removed after
using the food processor. Use the same amount of
white vinegar and water (at least 150 ml each), heat
the mixing bowl as for normal use for a few minutes.
Unplug it and then leave it to rest overnight. In the
morning rub it with a sponge and then rinse it thor-
oughly.
