Step 1: Calculate the Frequency Ratio
Where: dm = diameter of master roll
df = diameter of follower roll
PPRm = Master Reference Encoder pulses per revolution
GBf = Follower Gear Box ratio (motor RPM / roll RPM)
Pf = Motor poles, follower motor
GBm = Master Gear Box Ratio (motor RPM / roll RPM)
Note: If no gearbox is present, the gearbox ratio is 1
