Usage Features:

The generators are sold fully assembled and require no additional installation. Before first use, the oil level must be topped up, as the engine is supplied with only a small amount for maintenance. A spark plug wrench is included. Safety is paramount, and users are warned to read the entire manual before operation. Children should be kept at a safe distance. Fuel is explosive and highly flammable; refueling must be done in well-ventilated areas, away from flames, and without smoking. Exhaust gases are toxic, so the generator should not be used in unventilated rooms. The generator must be placed on a flat, level, hard, and stable surface, with at least 1 meter of free space around it during operation. It must reach its rated engine revolutions before connecting any electrical loads. Overloading the generator is not recommended, and the total rated power of all connected devices must not exceed the generator's rated power. The generator is equipped with an oil level sensor that prevents the engine from starting if the oil level is too low. An "ECON.SW" switch allows for an economic operating mode, where engine speed is automatically regulated based on the load, reducing noise and fuel consumption. This mode should not be used when starting high-power devices. For emergency shutdown, the engine ON/OFF switch should be moved to the "OFF" position. Operation at high altitudes (above 1000m) may require carburetor modification by an authorized service center, as power output decreases with increasing altitude.

Maintenance Features:

Regular inspection and maintenance are crucial for the generator's longevity and safe operation. All maintenance procedures must be performed with the machine switched off and disconnected from electrical loads.

Oil Level Check and Change: The oil level should be checked before each start-up and changed after the first month or 20 hours of operation, and then every 3 months or 50 hours. Used oil must be disposed of according to local regulations.
Air Filter Maintenance (X): The air filter should be checked before each start-up and cleaned every 3 months or 50 hours. It should be soaked in clean engine oil and squeezed.
Spark Plug Maintenance: The spark plug should be cleaned and inspected every 12 months or 100 hours. The electrode gap should be between 0.7mm and 0.8mm (XII). Replace if electrodes are burned or the ceramic casing is broken.
Fuel Filter Maintenance: The fuel filler filter (XIV) should be checked before each start-up and replaced if necessary. The fuel tank should be replaced every three years.
Fuel System Inspection: The fuel system should be checked for tightness and damage before each start-up.
Carbon Deposit Removal: This should be checked more frequently if necessary.
Engine Maintenance: Cleaning and adjustment of valves and cylinders should be performed every 125 hours.
Storage: For short-term storage (less than 10 days), stop the engine, disconnect loads, and close the fuel valve. For long-term storage (more than 10 days), drain the fuel, remove the spark plug, add a tablespoon of engine oil to the cylinder, and crank the engine a few times to lubricate the piston. The generator should be stored horizontally in a dry, well-ventilated, and covered area.
Transport: Always transport the generator with the engine stopped and loads disconnected. For short distances, carry it by the frame. For longer distances, prepare it as for long-term storage and secure it with straps to prevent tipping.
