9.Enter the mode selection
interface. You can choose
warm-up mode, aerobic
mode, strength mode, and
recovery mode. There are
four sub-modes under each
mode.
10.You can also click My Mode in the upper
right corner and click the + sign in the
upper right corner to set and save my mode
parameters. There is no limit on the number
of my modes, and multiple my modes can be
set.
