What to do if my yeedi Vacuum Cleaner is not charging?
    • A
      Ann CampbellAug 3, 2025
If your yeedi Vacuum Cleaner isn't charging, check these possible causes: the robot isn't switched on, it hasn't properly connected to the docking station, the power cord isn't firmly connected to the docking station, the battery is completely discharged, or the docking station isn't connected to the power supply. Here are some things to try: * Switch the robot ON. * Ensure the robot's charging contacts are connected to the docking station pins. * Verify the power cord is firmly connected to the docking station. * If the battery is completely discharged, reactivate it by switching the robot ON, placing it on the docking station for 3 minutes, removing it, and repeating this process 3 times before charging normally. * Confirm the docking station is connected to the power supply.

Why is my yeedi vac 2 pro Vacuum Cleaner not connecting to Wi-Fi?
    • M
      melissa38Aug 15, 2025
Your yeedi Vacuum Cleaner might not be connecting to Wi-Fi due to several reasons: an incorrect Wi-Fi username or password was entered, the robot is out of range of your Wi-Fi signal, or the network setup was started before the robot was ready. To resolve this, ensure you enter the correct Wi-Fi credentials, move the robot within range of the Wi-Fi signal, and make sure the robot is ready for network setup by turning it ON, pressing the RESET button for 3 seconds until it plays a musical tune and the Wi-Fi indicator light flashes slowly.

Why does my yeedi vac 2 pro Vacuum Cleaner return to the Docking Station too early?
    • J
      Jessica GrantAug 20, 2025
Your yeedi Vacuum Cleaner might be returning to the Docking Station before finishing cleaning due to a few reasons. It could be operating in a dark environment, which you can fix by ensuring the room is well-lit. Also, when the battery is low it will automatically switch to Return to Charger Mode. This is normal, as is varied working time depending on floor surface, room complexity, and the selected Cleaning Mode. Another reason could be an untidy cleaning area, so remove small objects from the floor before starting the robot.
