Crankcase
Toremovethecrankcase:
1. Removetheenginefromtheframe(engineoilfully
drained)andputitontheassemblyoperatingtable.
2. Removesuchpartsandcomponentsasrighthand
crankcasecover,clutch,gearshifter,cylinderhead
cover,camshaft,cylinderhead,cylinder,piston,left
frontcover,rotorassembly,electricalstarting
transmissionsystem,drivingdrivesprocket,etc.
(Refertotherelatedsections).
3. Useabakelitehammeroranylonhammertostrike
thelefthandcrankcasegentlytoseparateitwiththe
righthandcrankcase.
4. Removethedriving/drivenshaft,gearshiftdrum,shift
fork,etc.
5. Removethecranks-haftandbalanceshaft。
Notice
Donotprytheleft/righthandcrankcasebodyby
insertingsuchtoolsasscrewdriversintothemould
closingface.
Tomountthecrankcase:
1. Placetherighthandcrankcaseontheassembly
operatingtable,andassembletheinternalpartsand
componentsofthecrankcase,includingcrankshaft,
balanceshaft,driving/drivenshaft,gearshiftdrum,
shiftfork,etc
2. Cleanuptheleftandrightcrankcaseboxsurface,
putthenewcrankcasepaperpad,confirmthe
positioningpin.
3. Usethecountershaftoilsealguide to
protectthecountershaftoilseal,usethegearshift
drumoilsealguide toprotectthegearshift
drumoilseal,andmountthelefthandcrankcase
(closing).
4. Mountthemouldclosingboltandfastenit.
