Setup #3: Direct grilling with searing capability: Remove the heat diuser plate and

install the Grill Grates on the left side of the cooker. (With the heat diuser/drip plate

removed, some users prefer to line the bottom of the cooker with foil to facilitate clean-

up.) When setup direct, (heat diuser out, one set of Grill Grates and one standard

cooking grate installed) the Yoder creates a true direct/indirect cooking environment.
