IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using and keep for future reference.
2. Make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage stated
on the rating label.
3. Make sure the outlet is properly grounded.
4. Turn the device off before unplugging. Always unplug the device when
not in use, before mounting the accessory or cleaning.
5. Allow the appliance to cool down completely before carrying or
cleaning.
6. Before use, make sure the toaster and its accessory are complete
and undamaged. Do not use the appliance with a damaged power
cord or plug or after the device malfunctions, or has been damaged in
any manner.
7. If the supply cord or any other element is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer’s service agent or a qualified person
with the appropriate certification in order to avoid hazard.
8. Keep the appliance and the cable away from heat, direct sunlight,
moisture, or sharp edges.
9. To protect against fire, electrical shock and injury do not immerse cord,
plug or unit in water or other liquids.
