①ピニオンギヤをスパーギヤの歯幅に合わせて固定します。
①Positionthepiniongearsothattheteethlineupwiththespur
gear,thensecureittightly.
②ピニオンギヤのかみ合わせを調整し、③の M3×12 ビスをしっかり締め込
んでから④ビスを締め込みます。
②Adjustthepositionofthepiniongearsothatitmeshesproperly,
tightenthe③M3x12screw,thentightenthe④screw.
ギヤの噛み合わせは 0.3mm 程度ガタつくように合わせます。
ガタが多すぎるとギヤが破損しやすくなるためご注意下さい。
また、この間隔が狭すぎると異音が生じたり、駆動が重くなる
ため調整は慎重に行ってください。
