Troubleshoong
Funcon:
1. Device is offline
- If plug mini is not connected to the cloud, press the POWER buon on plug mini once
- If Hub is offline, reconnect the Hub to the Internet and press the POWER buon on plug mini
once
- If Hub is not on, power on the Hub again and press the POWER buon on plug mini once
- If plug mini is out of range with Hub, relocang the plug mini or Hub may be required
- If plug mini is not plugged into an outlet, plug it into an outlet
2. Timer does not run
- Power outages (before or during) can prevent the mer from execung. Press the power
buon once to turn on/off the plug mini, also you can turn on/off the plug mini via YoLink app
or set a new mer. (When you add a reseng/one-me-use mer this will need to be amended
with that new informaon.)
