• Avoid placing the product under direct sunlight, close to a refrigerator
or fan, or in a hot environment.
• Place the diffuser on a flat surface.
Troubleshooting
If the diffuser fails to work properly, unplug the unit before performing
the following:
• Verify that only tap or mineral water was used (not purified or distilled
water);
• Check the water reservoir level to see if it is empty or above the red
water fill line;
• Check whether the power adaptor is securely plugged into the wall
socket and the rear of the diffuser;
• Verify that power outlet is working (try another outlet);
• Verify that ventilation hole is open;
• Check for essential oil buildup on the ultrasonic plate. If oil buildup is
present, read the cleaning instructions;
• Check that the fan intake under the diffuser is free of any obstruction or
debris that may restrict air flow.
