ASSEMBLY

Initial Setup

Remove unit from carton, unpack all components, check lists, separate parts, and contact support if missing.

STEP 1 ASSEMBLY

Attach Incline Frame Lower Cover

Attach Incline Frame Lower Covers (341, 342) to the incline frame and secure with cone point screws (408).

STEP 2 ASSEMBLY

Attach Incline Frame Set

Connect Incline Frame Set to Main Frame, securing parts with Allen head bolts and washers.

Align and Assemble Transmission Tube

Rotate Incline Frame to align holes, assemble Transmission Tube-Front to Incline Frame.

Tighten Bolts and Nuts

Tighten Allen Head Bolt (507) and Nylon Nut (508) using Allen Key and Wrench.

STEP 3 ASSEMBLY

Assemble Console Support Tube

Attach Console Support Tube (101) to Main Frame using CAP Bolts (504) and connect power wires.

Attach Undercarriage Cover

Lift Pedal Arm, attach Undercarriage Covers (719, 720) to Main Frame using screws.

Attach Incline Frame Front Cover

Attach Incline Frame Front Cover (703) to Incline Frame and secure with screws (510).

STEP 4 ASSEMBLY

Slide Bolt Through Pedal Arm

Slide 20x79.9 Bolt (505) through Wave Washer (521), Pedal Arm, and Pedal Swing Arm (108).

Secure Back Out Screw

Secure Back Out Screw (516) to Pedal Swing Arm (108) using 2.5mm Allen Key (A).

Press Pedal Arm Front Pivot Cover

Press Pedal Arm Front Pivot Cover (702) into the ends of the Pedal Arm.

STEP 5 ASSEMBLY

Connect Action Arm

Connect Action Arm to Moving Linkage, secure with M6x10mm Bolt (502) and M8x15mm Bolt (503).

Assemble Action Handlebar Cover

Assemble Action Handlebar Lower Cover (701) to Action Handlebar, secure with Cone Point Screw (501).

STEP 6 ASSEMBLY

Install Plastic Gear Bushings

Install Plastic Gear Bushings (360) and 8x27x2mm Washers (513) for subsequent steps.

Install Moving Handlebar

Install Moving Handlebar with Plastic Washer (519), Washer (513), and tighten Allen Head Bolt (514).

Tighten Allen Head Bolts

Tighten Allen Head Bolts (514) using the 5mm Allen Key (B).

STEP 7 ASSEMBLY

Connect 8 Pin Connectors

Connect 8 pin connectors by sliding them under the plastic clip on the second connector.

Attach Button Control Panel

Attach the Button Control Panel (A1) and secure using Screw (510).

Hold Button Control Panel

Use Screw (512) to hold the Button Control Panel on left and right sides to the plastic.

STEP 8 ASSEMBLY

Attach Water Bottle Holder

Attach the Water Bottle Holder (709) and secure using Cone point screw (501) with Washer (518).

Level Adjustment

Rotate Level Adjusters clockwise or counter clockwise to adjust the unit's level.

STRETCHING ROUTINE

Warm-up and Cool-down

Bend forward from waist, relax back/shoulders, reach for toes, hold for 15 counts.

Shoulder Lift Stretch

Lift shoulders alternately towards ears, one count each, to stretch neck muscles.

Inner Thigh Stretch

Sit with feet together, push knees down gently to stretch inner thighs, hold for 15 counts.

Side Stretch

Reach arms overhead, stretch one side, then the other, feeling stretch up the side.

Hamstring Stretch

Sit with one leg extended, reach for toe of extended leg, hold for 15 counts.

Calf-Achilles Stretch

Lean forward against wall, bend front knee, push hips toward wall to stretch calf.

Head Roll

Rotate head to right, then ceiling, then left, then chest, one count each for neck stretch.

COMPUTER OPERATION

Console Overview

Identifies console buttons (A-U) and their functions like Height, Time, Pulse, Resistance, etc.

Display Functions

Details display of RESISTANCE LEVEL, MOTION LEVEL, and USER DATA (U1-U9).

User Data Storage

Allows users U1-U9 to store personal data. Fan function controlled by button presses.

English/Metric Conversion

Procedure to switch display between MPH (English) and KM/H (Metric) using buttons.

Pause/Stop Function

How to pause or stop workouts; data resets if stopped for over 3 minutes.

Sleep Mode

Computer enters SLEEP MODE after 3 mins idle; can be turned off manually.

Heart Rate Control Program

Program 10 - Customer Course

Allows users to create 5 custom programs, setting resistance, motion level, and time.

Main Individual Custom Program

Begin custom program, displays set status; adjust resistance/motion, time counts down.
