PROGRAM 6 – INTERVAL MOTION
This program’s goal is to vary your Incline Level, taking you from peak to recovery. This program can be run at 8 different difficult
levels which can be adjusted during the program setup or during the workout.
When you select this program, you are prompted to enter weight, difficulty setting (1-8), and program time. Use +/- keys to adjust
value and press PROGRAM to continue. Finally, press START to begin.
During the program: Calories counts down to 0, Time counts up, and Distance counts up. Press RESISTANCE UP/DOWN to adjust
the RESISTANCE and press INCLINE UP/DOWN to adjust the INCLINE.
PROGRAM 7 – ENDURANCE
After entering this program, the TIME display shows “d1”, Press RESISTANCE UP/DOWN button to adjust the workout level and
press STOP/ENTER to confirm.
Press START button to start the ENDURANCE program. Time counts down to 0, Distance and Calories count up. Dot Matrix display
shows the pre-set RESISTANCE and MOTION profile. Press RESISTANCE UP/DOWN to adjust the resistance and press MOTION
UP/DOWN to adjust the motion.
Every 6 time zones for a circle.
