AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
DANGER-CAUTION Read and understand all safety information
before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may
result in electrical shock, explosion, re which may result in serious
injuries, death or property damage.
When used correctly, lithium- ion rechargeable batteries provide a
safe and dependable source of portable power. However, if they are
misused or abused, this may result in leakage, burns, re or explosion,
causing personal injury or damage to other devices.
• Misusing or incorrectly connecting your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX may
cause electric shock to users and damage equipment.
• Do not operate in explosive atmospheres such as in the presence of
ammable liquids, gases or dust.
Remove jump start clamps from vehicle battery after jump starting vehicle.
• Keep your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX dry and away from moisture and
corrosive materials. The HALO BOLT ACDC MAX should not be used
near water or wet areas such as bathtubs, showers, bathrooms, sinks,
swimming pools or basements.
• Do not expose your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX to moisture, water, rain, or
snow.
• Keep your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX away from heat sources, including
open ames, radiators, stoves, ovens, and any other devices that
product heat.
The lithium-ion rechargeable battery used in this charging device may
present a risk of re or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not expose to
re or excessive temperature. Do not expose to heat above 212°F
(100°C) or incinerate.
• In the unlikely event of leakage or explosion use sand or a chemical
re extinguisher. If contact accidentally occurs, ush with water. If
liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected
from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
Your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX may become warm under extended high
power operation. Do not cover, wrap, or otherwise restrict the
HALO BOLT ACDC MAX during operation.
• Do not disassemble your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX. There are no user-
serviceable parts inside. Incorrect reassembly may result in shock
or re hazard.
• Do not drop or subject to strong impacts. Do not operate your
HALO BOLT ACDC MAX if it has received a sharp blow, or has otherwise
been damaged in any way.
• Do not puncture, crush or subject to mechanical shock.
• Only charge your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX by the specied method
with the specied charging adapter provided with the unit. Use of an
attachment not recommended or sold by power pack manufacturer
may result in a risk of re, electric shock, or injury to persons.
• Do not use any non-HALO-branded accessories with the
HALO BOLT ACDC MAX. Doing so may cause electric shock to users and
damage equipment.
• Do not operate the power pack with a damaged cord or plug, or a
damaged output cable.
The HALO BOLT ACDC MAX , along with its accessories, are not toys
and should be kept away from children.
To reduce risk of damage to the electric plug and cord, pull the plug
rather than the cord when disconnecting the power pack.
• Make sure the jumper cables are fully plugged into the jump start
output before trying to jumpstart your vehicle.
• Do not touch red (positive) and black (negative) jumper clamps
together at any point.
• Do not insert any foreign object into the ports or openings of your
HALO BOLT ACDC MAX .
• Do not clean your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX with harsh chemicals, soaps
or detergents. Just wipe the case with a soft cloth.
When charging the internal battery, work in a well ventilated area and
do not restrict ventilation in any way.
• Make sure the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX’s charging ports do not become

Charging your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX.
To charge your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX, use the provided Wall Charging
Adapter, and plug the DC jack into the charging put. Next, connect the
wall charging adapter into a wall outlet. The HALO BOLT ACDC MAX will
automatically begin charging. When the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX is fully
charged, all ve battery indicator bars will be solid green and the digital
screen will indicate 100% charged. (This could take up to 9 hours).
While charging, the digital screen will illustrate the charge percentage
of the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX. When fully charged, disconnect the
cable.
NOTE:
The HALO BOLT ACDC MAX is designed to charge between 32°F-113°F
(0-45° C). A "TEMP" indicator will be illustrated on the digital display if
the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX is attempted to be charged outside of this
temperature range.
JUMP STARTING YOUR VEHICLE WITH
THE HALO BOLT ACDC MAX
1. Plug the jumper cables into the jump start output on the
HALO BOLT ACDC MAX.
2. Attach the jumper cable clamps to the vehicle battery.
- Red clamp on positive terminal (+)
- Black clamp on negative terminal (-)
CHARGING AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING
5V/2.4A USB OUTPUT PORT
1. Connect the USB-C tip of the supplied USB-C cable into the
USB-C input of your electronic device and connect the Standard
USB end of the supplied USB-C cable into either one of the
HALO BOLT ACDC MAX USB 5V/2.4A Output ports.
2. Turn on the USB charging by pressing the
USB Power ON/OFF Button on the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX.

HALO SMART CHARGE TECHNOLOGY
Your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX contains the HALO SMART CHARGE
TECHNOLOGY to achieve higher compatibility for charging standard 5V
USB electronic devices. The HALO SMART CHARGE TECHNOLOGY will
allow the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX to communicate with your electronic
device and provide the fastest and safest charge for that device.
COMPATIBILITY
Standard 5V USB electronic devices including: Mobile phones, Tablets,
PSP, NDS, MP3, MP4, MP5, GPS, Cameras, and more.
USING YOUR HALO BOLT ACDC MAX FLOODLIGHT
The oodlight can be turned on and o by simply pressing and
releasing the oodlight ON/OFF button. The rst press will turn on the
oodlight. Second press will turn on the red emergency light. Third
press will turn on SOS ashing red light. The oodlight will
automatically turn o after 2 hours of inactivity.
JUMP START TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
3. Press the Jump Start button and wait for solid green light.
4. Start your vehicle.
5. Disconnect the jumper cable clamps from the car battery.

Usage Features:

  • Charging the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX: Use the provided Wall Charging Adapter. Plug the DC jack into the charging input and the adapter into a wall outlet. The digital screen will show the charge percentage, and all five battery indicator bars will be solid green when fully charged (up to 9 hours). A "TEMP" indicator will appear if charging outside the recommended temperature range.
  • Jump Starting a Vehicle:
    1. Plug jumper cables into the jump start output.
    2. Attach red clamp to positive terminal (+) and black clamp to negative terminal (-) of the vehicle battery. The LCD will display the vehicle battery voltage.
    3. Press the "Jump Start" button and wait for a solid green light (a flashing green light indicates safety checks).
    4. Start the vehicle. If it fails to start, wait 30 seconds and repeat steps 3 and 4 (up to three attempts).
    5. Disconnect jumper cable clamps from the car battery.
    • Safety Precautions for Jump Starting: Do not touch red and black clamps together. If the jump start button flashes red and "SAFETY CHECK FAIL" appears, the cables are connected incorrectly; disconnect and restart. The jump start function cannot be used simultaneously with USB charging or AC output. A "TEMP" indicator will appear if used outside the safe temperature range.
  • Charging a Laptop (AC Output):
    1. Connect the AC power plug from the laptop (or other electronic device rated 65 watts or less) into the AC output port.
    2. Press the AC Power ON/OFF Button and wait for a solid green light.
    • Safety Precautions for AC Output: Ensure the AC power plug is fully inserted. A flashing green light indicates safety checks. A flashing red light means the connected device is rated over 65 watts and cannot be powered. The charger automatically powers off after 30 minutes of inactivity. AC output cannot be used while jump starting or charging the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX itself.
  • Charging Electronic Devices (USB Output):
    1. Connect the USB-C tip of the supplied USB-C cable into the electronic device's USB-C input and the standard USB end into one of the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX USB 5V/2.4A Output ports. If the device doesn't have USB-C, use its own charging cable with the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX USB ports.
    2. Turn on USB charging by pressing the USB Power ON/OFF Button.
    • HALO SMART CHARGE TECHNOLOGY: Provides faster and safer charging for standard 5V USB electronic devices.
    • Automatic Shut-off: The USB charging feature automatically turns off after 30 minutes of inactivity. USB output cannot be used while jump starting or charging the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX itself.
  • Using the Floodlight:
    • Press the Floodlight ON/OFF Button once for the floodlight.
    • Press a second time for the red emergency light.
