ZAMST JK-2 - How to apply; Step-by-step application guide

1. Unfasten all the hook-and-loop fasteners of the product.
Conrm the top/bottom, inside/outside, and front/back of
the product.

when applying it to your

2. With the size tag facing down, hold the product with both
hands and slide it up to your knee until the top edge of
the patella opening is approximately 2 cm (0.8 inches)
above the top of your patella.

Align the center of the

center line of your patella
so that the pad encircles

3. Straighten your knee and fasten hook-and-loop fastener A.

with the center line of
your patella. Make sure
that the jumper’s pad
is under your patella
(patellar ligament).

4. Fasten the understrap to create the required compression.

5. Fasten the thigh strap to create the required
compression.

Refasten each hook-and-
loop fastener repeatedly
until appropriate
compression is created.
6. Straighten your knee and pull the product to eliminate
slack.
Pull up the slack on the
front and back of your
knee.
7. Make sure that the product is not loose or out of place.
If you feel any discomfort, repeat the steps from the
beginning to reattach the product.
