Several factors can cause this issue. Ensure the laundry weight matches the program's intended load. A dirty filter can also extend drying times, so make sure the filter is clean. If the laundry is too wet, spin it again in the washing machine before drying. The room temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C, ideally 19°C to 24°C. You can also try setting the Minuterie (Time Drying) or the Extra Sec (Extra Dry) program.
