What to do if my Zass ZAF 09 Fryer food is not completely cooked?

  If your food isn't fully cooked in the Zass Fryer, it could be due to several reasons. The food pieces might be too large or thick; try placing smaller, thinner batches into the pot. The cooking time or temperature may be too low, so adjust accordingly. Also, ensure you're not overcrowding the pot; food should not exceed 4/5 of the pot's capacity, leaving space between ingredients. Lastly, make sure the food is completely defrosted before cooking.

Why is white smoke coming out of my Zass ZAF 09 Fryer?

  White smoke from your Zass Fryer can occur for a couple of reasons. Some foods require constant turning during cooking; try pulling out the pot and turning the food every 5-8 minutes. Cooking greasy foods can cause oil to ooze, producing white smoke at high temperatures, which is normal. Also, residual oil from previous use can cause smoke, so ensure the pot is clean before each use.
