This warranty will be void if :
the ZEDBED product is obtained elsewhere than at an authorised ZEDBED
retailer ;
when inspected by a ZEDBED accredited technician, the ZEDBED product
incorporated one or more foreign components, not approved by Zedbed ;
if the adjustable bed has spots and/or stains and/or is burned ;
after sale service has been done by someone not authorized by Zedbed or
its retailers ;
the product is used for commercial use ;
there is evidence of inadequate or abusive usage of the adjustable bed.
NEVER SIT ON THE HEAD OF THE BED WHEN IT IS LIFTED. The bed is
made for a maximal weight of 600 pounds (1 motor) and 1000 pounds (2
motors), INCLUDING the mattress ;
the product is exposed to excessive heat and/or humidity ;
the product has been used with a power bar that has caused the motor
and/or remote to have a power surge and stop working.
HOW TO FILE
A SERVICE REQUEST
Should you notice some defects, please contact your authorised ZEDBED
retailer.
You shall be required to present a proof of purchase with the transaction
date.
Corporate and judicial labels must be intact in order to certify the model.
Do not send the bed to be repaired without the authorisation of an
authorised ZEDBED representative.
