Problems
1.Stop Working / Defective Pump Detach the pump to clean inside; Check if the pump is aligned in

b: If the water flow is faucet mode, check if the water pump is
adjusted to "Max" place.
c. Check if the water level is too low
DO NOT add water from the top; Check if the filter is clogged;
Replace the carbon filter weekly; Check if the pump is align clean
inside; If the water flow is gentle bubble mode, check if the water
pump
is
adjusted
to
"Min"
place.Contact

Ja: It is possible that the water level is too low, please add more
water.
b: It is possible that there are foreign matters such as hair on

disassemble the
water
pump
and have
it
cleaned.
Check if its empty or water level drop below minimum, then refill
the fountain under max level; Clean the pump.
Avoid to add tap water directly as it's not healthy for pets;
Use pure water or cold boiled water instead; Clean the water
|pump according to the user manual (refer to page 8)
|It is normal for slightly hot, it is within safety range,
which will not cause any damage to the fountain.
The fountain is supplied with safe voltage the same as cellphone
charger, which is absolutely safe for people and pets. The
