How to fix Zenoah Blower when engine does not start?
- JJoshua HunterAug 11, 2025
If your Zenoah Blower's engine won't start, several issues could be the cause. The spark plug electrodes might be wet; if so, dry them. There could be carbon deposits or smolder on the electrodes, in which case you should clean or replace them. Also, check for insulation failure due to insulator damage, and replace if necessary. Ensure the spark gap is properly adjusted to 0.6 to 0.7mm, or replace the plug. Other potential issues include burnt-out electrodes, a faulty ignition coil, an improper air gap (adjust to 0.3mm), damaged plug cap or spring (replace), damaged cord sheath or disconnection (repair or replace), the switch being OFF (turn it ON), a switch failure (replace), or a primary wiring ground (repair or replace).
