Why is the crust too thick and the baking color too dark on my Zephir ZHC1000 Bread Maker when making cakes?

The crust may be too thick and the baking color too dark when making cakes or foods with excessive sugar because different recipes or ingredients have a great effect on making bread, and much sugar can cause the baking color to become very dark. If this happens, power off the Zephir Bread Maker 5-10 minutes early by pressing start/stop. After keeping the bread warm for 20 minutes without opening the cover, take it out.
