4. This warranty will not apply in the following cases:
1) commercial use of the product;
2) malfunctions caused by use not in accordance with the user manual or not under normal conditions of use; for battery, if improperly
installed, or if used in equipment other than which it was designed for; malfunctions caused by the use of the Product with incompatible or
not approved devices or accessories
3) defect or malfunction caused by or resulting from unauthorized modifications;
4) repair using unauthorized spare parts, or repair by an unauthorized person or location;
5) accident, fire, flood and other natural disaster or other factors beyond the reasonable control of Scale Models LLC unless the defect was
caused directly by a malfunction;
6) use and/or maintenance of the Product for purposes other than home or personal use, or under conditions beyond the specifications
of the Product.
5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Warranty is be the sole and exclusive mean for defects rectification, and all other warranties,
terms and conditions, either expressed or implied with respect to this product, will not apply. Therefore, neither Scale Models LLC nor their
suppliers are responsible for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage in any way arising.

guidance.
