This document describes the Zinwell NextGen TV Box (Model: ASTC 3.0 600B), an installation and description guide for a digital device designed to receive ATSC 1.0 and ATSC 3.0 broadcast signals.
Function Description
The Zinwell NextGen TV Box is a digital device that acts as a tuner and decoder for NextGen TV (ATSC 3.0) and ATSC 1.0 broadcasts. It allows users to receive and display broadcast television channels, including 4K UHD video, on a connected display. The device supports emergency alerting systems and ATSC 3.0 broadcast applications. It can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet for accessing encrypted channels and potentially other online services. The box also features a remote learning application, allowing its remote control to be programmed to control basic functions of other TVs or audio devices.
Important Safety Instruction and Precaution
Before using the device, users are advised to read all instructions carefully. The product should only be operated as described and cleaned with a water-dampened soft cloth. It should not be exposed to excessive vibration, extreme heat, cold, humidity, or dusty/sandy environments, and must be kept in well-ventilated areas. During lightning storms, the device should be disconnected from electrical mains and the antenna. It should be placed on stable surfaces with secure cables to prevent falling. The product contains no user-serviceable parts; unauthorized disassembly or repair will void the warranty and may cause electric shock. Manuals should be retained for future reference. Power or data cords should only be removed by pulling from the plug. Using the product near other electronic devices may cause interference. The IR remote control should not mix old and new batteries.
