What to do if Ziosk Touch terminals screen is dark?

If the Ziosk Touch terminal screen is dark and the device appears dead, try the following: * Insert a different, sufficiently charged battery. Press the battery test button; at least two solid green LEDs should light up. * Ensure the battery is fully inserted and latched, checking for obstructions in the battery compartment. * Remove the battery and inspect the spring connectors in the battery cavity. If damaged, contact technical support. * If the issue continues, reach out to Ziosk technical support.
